At Kuvings, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance kitchen appliances. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Product

  Place the appliance in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7 to 10 business days.
